Enjoy all there is to offer at this one-of-a-kind vacation destination.  This is a vintage resort turned private home living, yet with all of the resort amenities still available.  There are three tiers to this wooded lakefront property.  You can choose to be right on the water, off the water or closer to the pool.

Driving in you will see the complex pool with plenty of seating, public restrooms and a big yellow splash zone for the kids (and kids at heart)!  Next door is a 2-level conference area that would be great for catering or cooking for family reunions.  The space has seating at tables for up to 150 guests, lots of kitchen items to use, a long buffet area and 2 large flat screen TVs.  Ask about how you can reserve it for your group. 

Also located on the property is a playground for the kids, an extra-large swim dock and boat slips available to rent.  Bring the boat as there is a launch (up to a 25’ boat) and boat trailer parking on site.

Each unique villa features 3 levels, complete with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room and sleeping for up to 8 guests.  Each one also has an upper deck, smaller lower deck and gas grill.  There is a washer and dryer on the main level and each villa comes with parking for 2 cars in front of each of the homes.

Holiday Shores is conveniently located near lots of shopping, golfing, fishing, attractions, dining and nightlife both on and off the water.  By water, it is located at the 17-mile marker of the main channel in the back of a small cove.  Perfect for putting in your paddleboard or kayak!
